Fleetwood Town midfielder Josh Morris has scooped the League Two player of the month award for April.

Morris has impressed since signing for Fleetwood, having scored two goals in the month of April, and helping the Fishermen secure a play off spot at the end of the season.

The centre midfielder has played a vital role in the spine of the midfield, since signing on loan from Blackburn Rovers.

In both games, Morris scored the pivotal goal, notching the second in a 2-1 win at Cheltenham, and scoring a low driven effort in the vital 1-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers.

Well done Josh, fully deserved.
