Blackburn Rovers brought a run of six league games without a win to an end on Saturday, as they scored two late goals to come from behind and beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 at Ewood Park.

While they may still only be 16th in the Championship table following that win, the result has at least helped to ease some of the pressure currently on Rovers manager Tony Mowbray.

The Lancashire side will now be looking to build on that breakthrough this weekend, as they look to reignite their early season hopes of a push for the play-offs.

That however, is unlikely to be an easy thing for Blackburn to do on Saturday, as they travel to Elland Road to take on Leeds United, who are currently only outside the automatic promotion places on goal difference.

With that in mind, we've taken a look at the lineup Mowbray could field on Saturday to give Blackburn the best possible chance of coming away from Elland Road with all three points.

As is often the case, we imagine it will be a 4-2-3-1 system that Mowbray employs at Elland Road on Saturday.

Following what many saw as a much-improved performance in the win over Wednesday, goalkeeper Christian Walton should continue between the posts again this weekend.

With Mowbray praising Tosin Adarabioyo for the way he stepped up to lead Rovers' defence against Wednesday - also scoring the equalising goal in the process - we expect he will once again partner Ryan Nyambe in the centre of defence, with Derrick Williams and captain Elliott Bennett in the full-back positions, making it an unchanged back four from last weekend.

One position where Rovers may contemplate a change is in the centre of midfield, where Mowbray may feel that the more attack-minded Stewart Downing could struggle against the likes of Kalvin Phillips and Mateusz Klich.

That may mean a return to the side for the more combative Bradley Johnson, giving him the chance to face the club he made over 100 appearances for between 2008 and 2011, alongside Lewis Travis, who Mowbray also felt produced an improved performance in that victory over Wednesday.

Ahead of them, the dangerous attacking trio of Lewis Holtby, Bradley Dack and Adam Armstrong, who have looked lively when played together recently, may be Rovers best chance of a breakthrough at Elland Road.

Another change that Rovers could be forced into comes upfront, where Sam Gallagher may be a doubt after being forced off in the win over Wednesday.

If he does not make it on Saturday then Danny Graham, who replaced Gallagher from the bench on Saturday, could do so from the start against Leeds.

Graham found the net in Rovers' 2-1 win at home to Leeds last season, and with the veteran searching for his 50th league goal for Blackburn, and his first since August, repeating that trick on Saturday would be rather useful for both him and his side.
