Swansea City defender Joe Rodon has sent a defiant personal message following the club's dramatic draw with Hull City on Friday night.

The South Wales side came from behind three times to lead 4-3 at the KCom last week only for a late Tom Eaves header to share the spoils in the end.

But Rodon is adamant that the draw will not bring the morale of the squad down, as he shared his thoughts on Instagram on Sunday afternoon.

Writing alongside a picture of himself, the centre-back said: "We go again and stick together! ⚪️⚫️"

Can you remember the scores from Swansea’s first 12 games of this season?

The 4-4 draw left Steve Cooper and his side without a win in their last five matches now as frustrations begin to build around The Liberty Stadium.

They now sit in tenth place, below arch rivals Cardiff City, with five points separating them from sixth placed Preston North End and a spot in the play-offs.

Next up for the club is a clash with relegation threatened Huddersfield Town at home, a match which Cooper will be expected to take three points from.

The verdict

It is hard to really say who should be the happier out of Swansea and Hull following that dramatic friday night game.

Both looked in control and set to take three points on separate occasions, so they can probably feel that a draw was fair in the end.

It did neither manager much good, however, and Swansea will feel they have to win against the Terriers now in order to win the fans back on side after this dismal run.
