Nottingham Forest's Joe Lolley certainly has a talent for playing Football Manager, with his success stories being regularly shared on his Twitter account.

The Forest winger has been the club's representative during the Football Manager Cup, which raises money for charity whilst there is a break from competitive action.

Lolley booked his spot in the last-four of the competition on Wednesday evening, as he beat Middlesbrough 3-1 in extra time.

Goals from Tiago Silva, Joe Worrall and a rare goal for John Bostock saw Lolley's side progress to the next round, where they will surely be one of the favourites to take the title.

Lolley took to Twitter following the win over Boro, and congratulated Bostock for his first goal for the Reds in his cup ventures to date.

The winger also made the hilarious claim that it is the first time he has seen the midfielder sprint, which is certain to raise a smile amongst the City Ground faithful.

Bostock signed for Nottingham Forest on loan from French side Toulouse, and has made () appearances for Sabri Lamouchi's side in all competitions this term.

Forest are currently sat fifth in the Championship table, and will be hoping they can win a long-awaited promotion back into the Premier League.
