Nottingham Forest winger Joe Lolley is confident his side will be on the right side of this weekend's result against Reading, but admits it won't be easy.

Forest are unbeaten in their first two matches, both 1-1 draws against Bristol City and West Brom, whilst Reading lost their opening game against Derby County.

However, that game saw them match the Rams for long periods and Lolley is aware of the threat the Royals will pose. Speaking in a short Twitter clip from Forest, he said:

"We saw their game against Derby and they were a good side, they probably deserved to win the game. We’re expecting a tough game, they’ll be organised and Clement is a good manager."

With home advantage and the fans behind them, Lolley is confident of going out for all three points.

"It’ll be tough but we’re here, we’ve got a good atmosphere and a good feeling around the place and we’ll be going out to win the game."

The winger joined Forest on Deadline Day in January from Huddersfield and will be joined in the Forest side by former Huddersfield team mate Michael Hefele, a Deadline Day capture this week.

The Verdict

It always pays to be polite about opponents, but Forest players and fans will be quietly confident of bagging all three points against the Royals this weekend.

They did play well against Derby though and retaining the services of Liam Moore will only add to that positivity. Paul Clement will want to get points on the board as soon as possible and if he were to come away with anything at all, it would feel like a big victory.
