Leeds United missed out on a place in the Championship play-off final with a shock defeat to Derby County at Elland Road seeing the Rams book their spot at Wembley.

A number of players have been hugely impressive for Marcelo Bielsa's side this season, but there have been some players which have struggled to perform when needed to for the Whites.

Jack Harrison is one of those, and the winger's loan spell came to a conclusion after the defeat to Derby, with the youngster returning to his parent club, Manchester City.

Harrison struggled for consistency this season, with meant that he is a player that divided the Leeds fan base throughout his time with the club.

He made 37 appearances in total, but with four goals and two assists to his name in this year's campaign, it certainly wasn't a loan spell to remember for the 22-year-old.

The winger had shown glimpses of his quality in his time with the club, as he set up the opener in their play-off semi-final with Derby County.

But it seems highly unlikely that a return to Leeds will be on the cards for the Manchester City man, and it will be interesting to see where his next move is in the summer, with Harrison unlikely to be able to force his way into Pep Guardiola's team.

The Verdict:

He's a player that divided opinion.

There's no doubting that on his day, he was an excellent player to have in the Leeds starting XI, but it seemed as though he struggled for confidence.

Harrison looked impressive towards the end of the season though, and will be keen to build on that wherever his next club is next year's campaign.
