Aston Villa are bang in form in the Sky Bet Championship and the feel-good factor is well and truly back at Villa Park.  

Dean Smith’s side have won three on the bounce in the Championship, beating Derby County, Birmingham City and Nottingham Forest.

That’s coincided with Jack Grealish’s return to action following a shin injury, but other players are stepping up too.

Amongst those is Wolves loanee, Kortney Hause, who scored his first goal for the club in the win at Forest.

And, supporters have created a new chant for the defender - ‘Our Hause, in the middle of defence’, to the tune of Madness’ ‘Our House’.

It is proving to be a popular chant on the terraces, but also amongst the Villa players, with Grealish sharing an update on his personal Instagram account of John McGinn singing along at the Villa training ground.

McGinn, like Hause, was on the scoresheet against Forest on Wednesday, with the Scot’s two goals proving to be the difference against their play-off rivals.

The Verdict  

The Villa fans are going to love this – and rightly so.

Hause’s chant is catchy and the fans seem to love it, so seeing McGinn getting involved will delight them.

As mentioned, there’s a feel-good factor surrounding Villa right now, with this another sign of that.
