Leeds United head into their second-leg against Derby County with a goal advantage after Kemar Roofe's goal proved to be the difference between the two sides at the weekend.

There will certainly be a good mood around the Leeds camp at this moment in time heading into the biggest game of their season so far.

Leeds midfielder, Izzy Brown poked fun at team-mate, Jack Clarke on his Instagram story on Monday as he beat the youngster in a game of pool.

Clarke hasn't featured as much since the turn of the year, with the youngster being struck with a viral infection midway through their game with Middlesbrough earlier in this year's campaign.

He'll be pushing for a start in their game with Derby on Wednesday, and will be keen to replace Jack Harrison in the starting XI, despite the winger's impressive display in the first-leg.

Whereas Brown will be hoping that he can force his way into the Leeds starting XI before their season reaches a conclusion, with the on-loan Chelsea man making just one substitute appearance in his time with the club.

It remains to be seen as to whether either of the attacking duo will be involved in the starting XI for the second-leg against Derby on Wednesday, but it's certain to be a tightly-contested game between the two Championship heavyweights with a place at Wembley at stake.

The Verdict:

It's good to see the pair in high spirits ahead of such a crucial game in Leeds' recent history.

Both of them have a point to prove for different reasons, and Brown in particular really needs to showcase his talent as soon as possible, providing he's given a chance by Marcelo Bielsa.

A season-defining period of the season, where the best players step up and perform.
