Sheffield United take on Aston Villa today looking to make it four wins in a row and end their visitors’ unbeaten start to the Championship season.
The Blades, who yesterday signed Marvin Johnson and Conor Washington, will be hoping to cement a spot in the top six after last weekend’s excellent win at Bolton Wanderers, and manager Chris Wilder will be hoping to avenge last season’s home loss to Villa.
However, the news emerging from the teamsheets today is bigger than any result might be for United, with the emergence of Paul Coutts back in and among the substitutes following almost a year out with serious injury.

Coutts is a huge fan favourite at Bramall Lane following his exploits in their League One title winning season, and many Blades fans have pointed to his injury last term as one of the key reasons their team failed to cement a playoff spot.
Here at FLW, we were intrigued to see how United fans were reacting, and it’s safe to say the Blades fans are delighted to see their man man back in action…
Very strong starting 11 today. So excited to see Coutts on bench ????
