Charlton fans will no doubt have been left feeling underwhelmed by their side's sub-par performance at local rivals Millwall on Saturday.

With Lee Bowyer's men conceding a late winner from Matt Smith to lose the south London derby 2-1 at the New Den.

The Charlton boss set his team up with a three at the back formation, however, this tactical move failed to pay dividends, with the Greenwich based outfit failing to find any real rhythm in attacking areas, whilst also looking shaky at the back.

Much of the blame will be attributed to the poor overall performance that was given by centre back Naby Sarr, who looked extremely uncomfortable in the role of left centre back, with the 26-year-old regularly being caught out of position, whilst also being beaten twice in the air for both of Millwall's goals.
