Portsmouth attacker Jamal Lowe has enjoyed a fine campaign down on the south coast this season.
The 23-year-old has been a regular starter for Kenny Jackett's side, and his live-wire performances will have surely caught the attention of clubs higher up the football pyramid.
Lowe's scored four goals in all competitions this season for Pompey and is a constant threat down the flanks for Pompey - his pace, trickery and dribbling ability have made him a fan favourite at Fratton Park.
Should a team like Leeds United make a move for the former Hampton & Richmond winger?
The Yorkshire outfit now have Paul Heckingbottom in charge of first-team proceedings, and you get the impression that when the summer transfer window swings around, home-grown, domestic players will be high on the agenda.
Would Jamal Lowe be a wise signing for Leeds? Is he someone the Whites should target?

I think they should get it done.
Lowe is a tricky winger and definitely good enough for the step up - though Leeds United is about as big as it gets in the Championship and for some PL sides.
Certainly, it'd take time to adapt but I think it's worth a punt and I'd wonder what it means for Kemar Roofe...

He's enjoying a decent season and if a cut-price deal can be done then it's not a bad move.
However, Leeds need more than that if they are to improve next season.
They need a better standard of player to get the fans excited and to really kickstart a play-off bid next season.

The club need to be making big moves in the summer on proven Championship players, which Lowe isn't.
I don't doubt that he has talent but I do doubt he can step up into a side that should be aiming for the top six as a minimum.
It would certainly be a risky signing.
