Blackburn Rovers have one of the hottest properties in the Championship in Bradley Dack with many clubs offering admiring glances with a view to making a move come the January transfer window.

As reported in The Sun (07/10, page 70,) West Brom are planning on making a bid for the player.

West Brom are planning on making a record-breaking £20m bid for the player, having had a £15m bid turned down in the summer for a player who has scored six goals and made two assists in nine appearances for Rovers this season.

But could West Brom's Midlands rivals Aston Villa look to get in on the act and make a play for Dack?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

It depends on the new manager and if he plays a system to suit Bradley Dack.

The Blackburn man is a dangerous attacking threat so to get the best out of him the team will need to be built around his strengths.

But the player is at the peak of his powers right now so interest is going to be high, I see no reason why Villa shouldn’t.

Gary Hutchinson

Only if they intend to sell Grealish.

Here’s a controversial shout though; Dack is better than Grealish.

In that respect, sign Dack, move on their boy wonder and make a few quid too.

George Dagless

It's worth a proper look.

Dack is a very good player at this level and it is clear that he has a chance of making it to the top flight in the future.

There's a suggestion he is going to cost £20m, though, so Villa need to be careful about that.

Jacob Potter

I wouldn’t expect Villa to enter the race for his signature due to the already fierce competition for a midfield spot.

Jack Grealish and John McGinn are already similar players and although their goal-scoring record isn’t as impressive as Dack’s, they will be hoping for an upturn in individual performances.
