The Championship is back in the next few days and Aston Villa fans surely cannot wait to see their side back in action.

The men from Villa Park are one of the form sides in the second tier at the moment and they certainly went into this break in fine form with them now just on the edge of the play-offs.

Their return to action, though, doesn't get much tougher with them away to Wolves who are also looking like promotion candidates and so this will be a big indicator of where both sides are at.

For sure, it's going to be a top game and we think that Steve Bruce needs to bring Josh Onomah into the side for Glenn Whelan who drops out from the game against Bolton.

The on-loan Tottenham man was in good form for the England U21's over this international period and is certainly the kind of player that could make the difference against Wolves.

It also highlights a slight formation tweak with him coming in at the attacking tip of a diamond whilst Conor Hourihane is at the base of it, and will have to be on his best defensive duties.

Meanwhile, on the flanks, are Robert Snodgrass and Albert Adomah in a team that is full of attacking intent and one that should be able to take on a Wolves side that has plenty going forward itself.

We're expecting goals in this one, then, and it's best that Bruce fights fire with fire.
