Two sides sitting mid-table in the Championship, Wigan Athletic entertain Rotherham at the DW Stadium this weekend.

But how do our team see this one going?

We discuss.....

George Dagless

Two of the promoted sides clash and I think Wigan will win it.

The Latics have been very good this season and though Rotherham are showing promising signs I think the Latics will win 3-1.

Alfie Burns

At home is where Wigan need to be picking points up this season, particularly against teams like Rotherham.

Paul Cook will have been drilling that into his side all week, so you’ve got to expect a home victory.

3-1.

Jay Taylor

Both sides come into this fixture on the back of opposite results.

Wigan lost last time out, with Rotherham winning. Both games with a 1-0 scoreline.

The Millers are finding their feet at this level after a thrashing on the opening day while Wigan have slipped back to life in the Championship well.

It’s hard to separate the sides, so a 1-1 draw looks on the cards for me.

Gary Hutchinson

1-0

Wigan might have suffered a shock defeat against QPR, but they’ll bounce back quickly.

Rotherham have a plan for staying in the second tier. They win the closely fought games and keep it tight in the others.

They’ll be compact, hard to break down and resilient, but Wigan will edge it.

Just.
