Derby County are still in the play-off hunt as we enter the final eight matches of the season, with Frank Lampard's side in seventh spot, just two points off fifth placed Bristol City.

Lampard's first season in management can be judged with the excellent loan signings he has made, with 20-year-old midfielder Mason Mount of Chelsea one of the very best, with five goals and three assists in 27 league appearances.

Mount's form this season has caught the eye, with RB Leipzig keen on taking the youngster to the Bundesliga, according to The Sun.

But would Mount be good enough for RB Leipzig judging by his Derby form?

We discuss........

George Dagless

"Hard to say.

"He's got class but can he stay fit and be consistent over a season?

"The Bundesliga is tough, but I have a feeling he'd do well there."

Louie Chandler

"It's hard to say.

"Mount has shown that he is capable of performing in Europe.

"But then the top end of the Bundesliga and could be a tall order."

Jay Taylor

“He could thrive out in Germany.

“It’s a huge learning curve, and he did really well out in Holland on loan the other year.

“Germany would be a big step but a rewarding one for Mount.

“He would definitely be good enough.”
