Sunderland manager Jack Ross has received a huge boost ahead of their League One play-off semi-final second leg against Portsmouth on Thursday night, after defender Alim Ozturk had his first leg red card rescinded.
Ozturk, 26, was deemed to have brought down Pompey captain Gareth Evans on the edge of the box in Saturday's win, and was sent off by referee Andy Woolmer.
The Wearsiders appealed against the suspension, which was successful, meaning the Turkish centre-back will be available for selection.
So how big a boost is the availability of Ozturk for the second leg?

“It's great news.
“He’s been strong the last couple of weeks and he would have been a big loss.
“They need all their focus this week, all of their best players available.
“This is a big boost.”

"Absolutely.
"Ozturk has been an important player for Sunderland in recent weeks and would have been a big miss for the second leg against Portsmouth.
"He put in a solid defensive display against Pompey in the first leg before his red card and Sunderland did well to get through the remainder of the game without him.
"It is probably the correct decision to overturn the red card, it was a bad challenge but Evans was going away from goal, so it was not the clear denial of a goal scoring opportunity."

"It’s a huge boost for Jack Ross’ side.
"Ozturk has been key to their success in recent weeks, and they’ll need him available for their biggest game of the season.
"This can only be a positive update for everyone associated with the club as they target promotion back into the Championship."
