The season is all-but upon us and as yet, Queens Park Rangers have not made a splash in the transfer market.

They have been waiting and watching to identify the best players to add to an exciting young squad.

Rangers won't be high on peoples' predictions this summer, with big-spending rivals likely to be favoured over themid-tablee also-rans of Loftus Road.

That could prove to be folly, with the young players very able to hold their own in the Championship. Ebere Eze, Paul Smyth and Ryan Manning are three of a whole host of exciting players hoping to break through.

All they need is some balance, some experience and know-how alongside the excitement and exuberance.

That is why FLW feels these three deals need tying up quickly for the Hoops.

He's previously played for McClaren at QPR and has been linked with moves to the Championship this summer.

With a powerful pairing of Sylla and Smith currently available, McClaren should move quickly to bring some guile and craft to his strike force.

McClaren needs back up across the defence and Pearce would be a solid, if unspectacular addition to his ranks.

Pearce has been linked with a QPR move, but time is ticking away now.

If the Kjartansson move doesn't work out, maybe Chris Martin could hook up with his former Rams boss once more?

Martin looks to be surplus to requirements but QPR need some extra firepower in quickly now the season is under two weeks away.
