Leeds United have been hit with their fair share of injuries and suspensions over the last few weeks, but despite that, Marcelo Bielsa's men still sit in third place in the Championship just two points off leaders Sheffield United.

Up front has been the biggest issue with both Kemar Roofe and Patrick Bamford missing due to injury, and though young striker Tyler Roberts has been an adequate stand-in, the news that Roofe is fit again will surely please the Elland Road faithful.

So is Roofe's potential return against Blackburn this weekend, good news for Leeds?

We discuss.....

Jacob Potter

It’s excellent news. Roofe has been crucial this season and Bielsa will be pleased to have his top goalscorer back for this one.

I expect to see him amongst the goals in no time at all, especially after such an impressive run so far this season.

Jay Taylor

Fantastic news for Leeds.

Tyler Roberts has deputised well but Kemar Roofe is a top marksman in the Championship and Leeds’ main man.

To have him back will be a huge boost for Marcelo Bielsa.

Having scored for the U23s last week, Roofe is already in scoring form and chomping at the bit to be considered for Saturday.

George Dagless

Absolutely.

Roofe has been superb for Leeds this season so far and having him back will no doubt be a good thing.

He's their sharpest forward and will give them that edge back.

Gary Hutchinson

Phenomenal news for Leeds.

Roberts hasn’t been bad, but Roofe was truly on fire before his injury.

If he comes back and recaptures his August form, then they’ll be laughing.
