on

The form of Swansea City winger Barrie McKay has been very much like his club this season, very inconsistent.

McKay has scored once and provided four assists in 21 appearances so far this season, following his arrival at the Liberty Stadium in July from Nottingham Forest.

So how can Barrie McKay’s season at Swansea so far be best summed up?

We discuss…..

Gary Hutchinson

“He hasn’t impressed as I thought he might.

“I like McKay and I thought he’d made the right move.

“He’s got talent, but have they seen enough of the end product?”

Jacob Potter

“It’s been very hit or miss.

“McKay hasn’t been given a fair amount of games in the Swansea side, which has led to some inconsistent performances.

“But he has chipped in with a goal and four assists so far this season, and he’ll be keen to build on that as the season progresses.”

Jay Taylor

“He started off like a house on fire and has since disappeared.

“I totally forgot he played for Swansea’s such has been his lack of influence in recent weeks and months.

“Finding his form and getting back to his best will only help the side, and it is imperative he does just that as soon as possible.”
