Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Queens Park Rangers midfielder Eberechi Eze, the club have now confirmed via their official website.

Eze has been heavily linked with a move for Selhurst Park for quite some time, on the back of a stellar individual campaign for QPR last term.

The attacking midfielder scored 14 goals in 46 Championship appearances for Mark Warburton's side, registering eight assists and establishing himself as one of the best players in the division.

Palace have now won the race for the 22-year-old's signature, despite late interest from West Bromwich Albion, with Eze penning a five-year deal in South London.

The fee is believed to be in the region of £15m, but the deal could potentially rise to £19.5m in the future due to add-ons and bonuses.

Eze has been a key player for QPR for a couple of seasons now, and fans will be hoping that the club can replace him and spend some of the money on recruiting new players.

Warburton has recently insisted, though, that there will be no big-money spending spree this summer, despite the big-money departure of Eze.
