Leeds United look like emulating Sunderland, with a film crew currently capturing their remarkable season that could ultimately land the club a documentary deal especially in light of the 'Spygate' scandal.

The club have confirmed that Eleven Studios that The City Talking, a Leeds-based film company, have been given behind-the-scenes access, a move instigated by Whites owner Andrea Radrizzani.

So how would a documentary on Leeds season be received?

We discuss.....

Louie Chandler

"Great stuff!

"With all that has gone on at Leeds this season this is sure to be an absolutely brilliant watch.

"Seeing the inner workings of the Elland Road madhouse is extremely appealing."

Jacob Potter

"It’s a risky, but refreshing move.

"You only have to look at Sunderland for an example of where this has been the worst possible timing.

"But with Leeds flying high, then it will certainly be a good watch, providing they can win promotion to the Premier League by the end of it."

Gary Hutchinson

“It’ll be decent watching, but there’s so many pitfalls.

“If they don’t go up it’ll be car crash stuff.

“The Sunderland one was a great watch but was it good for the club?

“I’m not so sure.”

Jay Taylor

“It’s all very Leeds to do something like this.

“I understand when clubs get a deal to have a documentary on a streaming platform, but to do it of your own back to me is a little pretentious.

“The fans will love it, and it is for them – but if they don’t go up it is a decision that will backfire.

“Afraid of missing out comes to mind with Leeds looking to be ‘cutting edge’ documenting their season.”
