Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa went for a 3-4-3 formation for the win away at Wigan at the weekend, but ahead of the trip to West Brom this weekend, should Bielsa stick with it or revert to his more familiar 4-1-4-1.

With his side performing so well, sitting on top of the Championship with over a third of the season gone, the temptation must be to stick with a method that has served him so well.

So what's it to be 3-4-3 or 4-1-4-1?

We discuss.....

Go back to what he knows, it's a no brainer surely.

3-4-3 worked for a game, sure, but if he has the players available then he should stick to the tried and tested pattern.

They’re not top by accident.

3-4-3 for me.

It is a formation that Darren Moore likes to play for West Brom and matching it up would not be a bad idea.

If Gayle is still out injured then I fancy Leeds to get a result here.

As Leeds are away this weekend, and West Brom play in a 3-4-1-2 formation, I think Marcelo Bielsa should line up in a 3-4-3 to match up with the Baggies.

If they do that then all Leeds will need to do is to play their way and look to make space and try and outplay West Brom.

And on current form, they could well do that.
