Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has a decision to make ahead of the weekend trip to Rotherham, most specifically whether to hand the number one jersey to new signing Kiko Casilla, rather than Bailey Peacock-Farrell who has had the nod so far this season.

Casilla came through an U23 match on Monday and has arrived at Elland Road with a mindset of leaving behind the comfort of the Bernabeu for the challenge of the Championship, as reported by the YEP.

So would Bielsa be right to start Casilla over BPF?

We discuss.....

Louie Chandler

"I think so.

"BPF has been great this season but mistakes have begun to sneak into his game.

"Putting Casilla in will show him that there is intense competition at the club now and will hopefully lead him to up his game."

Gary Hutchinson

“Yes, obviously.

“One is a rookie with less than a full season under his belt.

“The other, albeit is a reserve, has won Champions Leagues.

“It’s a no-brainer”

Jay Taylor

“I think so; he has given Casilla time to settle in and have a taste for football in this country by playing an U23s game.

“Getting him acclimatised to his surroundings was step one, the next phase is to get him involved.

“I think Bielsa will be right to start him and it’s a good game to get him in for.

“A big local derby will be a baptism of fire for the former Real Madrid man.”
