Tyler Walker has recently insisted that his focus is fully on Lincoln City amid talk of a potential recall by Nottingham Forest this month.

The 23-year-old signed for the Imps on a season-long loan deal in the summer, on the back of scoring 26 goals in all competitions for League Two side Mansfield Town last term.

The striker has since been seriously impressive for Lincoln since arriving at Sincil Bank, scoring 15 goals in a total of 30 appearances for the East Midlands outfit.

This has naturally led to plenty of Forest fans demanding that the club look to recall Walker from his loan spell at Lincoln, due to his electric form in front of goal.

Forest are desperate for another forward this month as Sabri Lamouchi looks to provide cover for leading goalscorer Lewis Grabban, in their bid for promotion to the Premier League.

But speaking to Lincolnshire Live about the rest of the season, Walker reiterated his desire to stay at Lincoln and remains fully focused on life at Sincil Bank.

He said: "Yeah, my contract here is until the end of the season, that’s all I’m thinking about. I’m very pleased [with how the loan has gone]. I came here to play games and be given an opportunity on a League One stage. Hopefully it can continue."
