Leeds bounced back into the top two of the Championship last weekend thanks to a 3-2 win against Millwall at Elland Road.

Coupled with Sheffield United’s defeat to Bristol City of the same scoreline, it was enough to reclaim their place in the automatic promotion spots.

On the field, everything is going swimmingly and they were given an interesting update on off-field issues on Thursday.

More specifically, the update concerned the status of their Elland Road ownership and was reported by Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post.

Hay revealed that the club are currently renting the ground from a company used by owner Andrea Radrizzani, revealing that the deal would run until 2032.

The updates were part of an overall report into the club’s financial situation from the previous year and it got a bit of a mixed response when put to the club’s fans.
