West Brom remain right in the promotion mix in the Championship this season, with Darren Moore's side in third place in the table, five points off leaders Norwich City.

The Baggies though, let two points slip in their last outing against Brentford, when a 77th minute Harvey Barnes goal was cancelled out in time added on, when Lewis Macleod scored an equaliser.

Fans were critical of striker Jay Rodriguez, who took to Twitter to be-moan his missed chances, so should Baggies manager Darren Moore be looking to drop Rodriguez?

I think with the goals he’s scored this season, it would be harsh.

His performances have been below par on more than one occasion, but when you’ve got an experienced forward like Rodriguez who knows where the goal is, then it’s very hard to leave him out.

Jacob Potter

He could benefit from a spell out of the team.

Rodriguez is West Brom’s top goalscorer but he has struggled in recent weeks and could be due a rest.

The striker faces competition from the likes of the returning Bakary Sako who will be eager to stake a claim for a starting spot in Darren Moore’s side.

A spell out of the team could be crucial in Rodriguez rediscovering his goalscoring touch.

Louie Chandler

Not yet.

But at the same time he must not be afraid to.

He was poor against Brentford and just because there is a chance he could leave in January, should not guarantee him a spot.
