Norwich City manager Daniel Farke could be looking to add some experience to his ranks if reports at the weekend are to be be believed.

The Canaries have been linked with a move for veteran QPR defender Angel Rangel in the January transfer window, according to Mirror journalist David Anderson on Twitter.

Rangel will be out of contract in January having only signed a short term deal in the summer, so McClaren will have to move quickly if he wishes to keep Rangel at the club.

Norwich are likely to face opposition from Nottingham Forest and MLS sides for Rangel's signature, but would he be a good signing for Norwich?

We discuss.....

Jacob Potter

It would be a smart bit of business.

Norwich are needing some depth as they mount their surprise promotion challenge this season and Rangel would certainly provide them with that.

He would add some experience to a relatively young Canaries side and could be the missing piece in the jigsaw for Daniel Farke’s side.

George Harbey

It would be a decent signing, but do they really need him?

Max Aarons isn't going to lose his place in the side any time soon, and Ivo Pinto is waiting in the wings if Aarons were to suffer an injury etc.

I don't think this is needed at all.

George Dagless

It might be worth a look.

He won't cost a bomb and will add another layer of experience to a strong looking Yellows side.

If he's a cheap option, why not bring him in as cover?
