Swansea City manager Graham Potter has half an eye on transfer targets as a report in the Daily Mail suggests.

Indeed, the Swans could well be in the market for 24-year-old Kilmarnock midfielder Jordan Jones, a player who was close to opening his international account for Northern Ireland last week.

Jones is out of contract in the summer so will be able to talk to potential suitors in January with Rangers another potentially interested party having had a bid of £350k turned down last January.

So would Jones be a good signing for Swansea?

We discuss.....

Jacob Potter

He would be an excellent bit of business for Graham Potter’s side this season.

Jones’ contract is up in the summer so he could be available for a cheaper price than originally thought and he would add some much-needed depth to the Swansea midfield.

He is a man in a good run of form as well this season and he would be full of confidence should he arrive at the Swans in January.

George Harbey

I think it would be a great signing for Swansea.

Jones has been very impressive in Scotland for Kilmarnock, and would be a much welcomed addition at the Liberty Stadium.

They are in need of another creative outlet, and Jones would be a shrewd addition.

George Dagless

It's worth a look.

He's a decent player approaching his prime and that should be something that the Swans are pulled in by.

Under a coach like Potter he could do a fine job.
