Wolves striker Joe Mason could be set to follow Jack Price out of Molineux and join the MLS, according to the Mirror's James Nursey.

The 26-year-old's loan spell at Burton was cut short and he doesn't seem to fit into Nuno Santo's plans at the Black Country side.

Would this be a wise move for Mason?

We discuss....

Adam Simeoni

It's an excellent move for Mason.

Football, or 'soccer', is really taking off in the US, with the MLS announcing yet another expansion ahead of the new season.

Mason has the opportunity to become a further pioneer of the game by heading to North America to help develop the sport, and the lifestyle he would have in the country would be phenomenal.

He has the potential to set the league on fire.

George Dagless

It would be a good move.

He's not playing much at the moment so why not take the leap and try and get going somewhere else?

Wolves are set to get into the Premier League and Mason might be better off moving to the MLS.

Sam Preston

He doesn't have much chance of forcing his way back in at Wolves.

Therefore, trying something completely different wouldn't be the worst idea for him. It's all about how he adapts over there but I think he could make an impact.
