Nottingham Forest look as though they could challenge for the top six this season with them playing some very attractive, attacking football.

The men from the City Ground do still need to tighten things up at the back but with the likes of Barrie McKay in the team you have to say they are a side to watch.

With that in mind, then, would it perhaps be wise for them to cash in on Jorge Grant, who is currently on loan at Notts County. Our writers discuss...

Absolutely not, Warburton should be looking at a way he can hand Grant an opportunity at the City Ground rather than planning his exit.

Grant may not cut it at Championship level, but he certainly deserves a chance after the impact he has made in League Two.

It would be a foolish move from Forest to sell at this stage of Grant’s career.

Chris Gallagher

I think Forest should keep him.

The fact that Championship club's are interested in Grant shows how highly he is though of.

Unfortunately, Kieran Dowell isn't going to be at a the club over the long-term, and they could have the replacement ready made.

Grant has excelled in League Two and Forest should give him a chance in the second tier themselves before they consider selling him.

Adam Simeoni

It's a risk.

Forest could take the money and run, or they could bide their time to see how the youngster develops. Warburton has such a large pool of young talent to select from so opportunities could be very limited for the player.

The other young stars at Forest are all proven at Championship level whereas Grant certainly is not, so Warburton could be very tempted to gamble and let the player leave should the right offer come in.
