Swansea City have been dealt a disappointing injury blow with Morgan Gibbs-White ruled out for three months due to a fractured foot.
Gibbs-White joined Swansea on loan from Wolves in August, penning a new three-year deal at Molineux before moving to the Liberty Stadium for the 2020/21 campaign.
It has been a positive start to life in South Wales for the midfielder, who has scored one goal and registered one assist in four Championship appearances this term.
Quiz: Do Cardiff City and Swansea City have these 10 things in common?
Gibbs-White picked up a foot injury before the international break, though, coming off injured in the 2-1 victory over Millwall at the start of the month.
Swansea have now revealed the extent of Gibbs-White’s injury, with the 20-year-old set to be missing for the next three months after fracturing his foot.
It’s a disappointing blow for Gibbs-White, who was starting to establish himself as a really important player for Steve Cooper’s side in their bid for promotion this term.
The 20-year-old will be hoping to recover as soon as possible and help Swansea push up the table, and here, we take a look at fans’ reactions to this disappointing news…

Fingers crossed for today. A win would be great. Gibbs White out for a few months is a big blow. Not confident though. C'mon you Swans.
