Middlesbrough will be looking to bounce back from their recent defeat to Birmingham City when they face Luton Town tomorrow.

Goals from Morgan Roberts and Scott Hogan sealed victory for Lee Bowyer's side at the Riverside Stadium as Boro were unable to deliver the goods in-front of their supporters.

Set to travel to Kenilworth Road on Tuesday, it will be intriguing to see whether Middlesbrough are able to produce a response to this particular setback.

Having witnessed his side deliver an underwhelming display against Birmingham, Warnock may opt to make some changes to his starting eleven for the club's meeting with Luton.

Here, we take a look at how Middlesbrough could line up against the Hatters...

Warnock may opt to stick with the 3-5-2 formation on Tuesday if he believes that this particular set up will help his side dominate the midfield battle.

Goalkeeper Joe Lumley will be determined to step up to the mark tomorrow after making an uncharacteristic error against Birmingham.

Sol Bamba, Paddy McNair and Lee Peltier will be tasked with providing some defensive cover for Lumley from the centre-back positions.

Meanwhile, Marcus Tavernier and Isaiah Jones could potentially occupy the wide positions in this particular formation.

Jones did not feature against Birmingham as Onel Hernandez was given the opportunity to prove his worth in this fixture.

Whilst Hernandez did show glimpses of promise last weekend, it wouldn't be at all surprising if Warnock opts to recall Jones to the starting eleven.

Particularly impressive against Barnsley last month, Jones recorded a WhoScored match rating of 7.26 in this fixture as Boro sealed a 2-0 victory.

If he replicates this display against Luton, the 22-year-old could help his side secure a positive result on their travels.

Matt Crooks, James Lea Siliki and Jonny Howson are likely to feature in central-midfield for Middlesbrough.

Meanwhile, Uche Ikpeazu and Andraz Sporar will start up-front for Boro and will both be determined to deliver the goods in-front of goal at Kenilworth Road.
