Ipswich Town will be hoping that they can win promotion back into the Championship this season under the guidance of Paul Lambert.

The Tractor Boys are currently sat tenth in the League One standings after a poor run of form since the turn of the New Year, and the club's supporters will be keen to see their side put together a positive run of form at the earliest of opportunities.

However, their push for promotion has been called to a halt, with the EFL announcing that fixtures won't get back underway until it is deemed safe enough to do so.

One player that has played his part for Ipswich so far this season is Kayden Jackson, who has scored 11 goals in 36 appearances for the League One promotion-chasers.

Jackson hit four goals in the opening six games of Ipswich's season, and will be keen to recapture his best form in front of goal to spearhead their push for promotion back into the Championship this term.

The Verdict:

He'll be hoping to recapture his best form when football does get back underway.

Jackson made a strong start to the season with Ipswich Town, but with their poor run of results, he has struggled to build on that strong start with the Tractor Boys.

There is pressure on Paul Lambert's side to win promotion back into the Championship this season, and there is work to do if they're to stand a chance of doing just that before the season reaches a conclusion.

If Jackson can get back to his best, then Ipswich will surely be up there challenging for promotion this term.
