Huddersfield Town are the latest club to register their interest in signing Ipswich Town defender, Dylan Crowe according to The Sun.

The young full-back has been previously linked to a number of high-profile clubs including the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.

The report claims that Huddersfield have seen a £300,000 bid rejected by the Tractor Boys, although it doesn't seem as though this will be the last we hear of a report linking Crowe with a move away from Portman Road.

Huddersfield remain confident of striking a deal for the youngster though, as they continue their preparations for next year's campaign in the Championship.

Ipswich are seemingly fighting a losing battle to keep hold of the promising defender, and it will be difficult for them as they prepare for a summer of rebuilding in League One.

Crowe has progressed through the England youth setup having represented the under 17's and the under 18's team.

Ipswich are making progress on a potential incoming though, with Tranmere Rovers striker, James Norwood edging closer to completing his move to Portman Road according to the East Anglian Daily Times.

The Verdict:

It's only a matter of time before he departs.

Crowe has been impressive in the Ipswich under 23's side and he'll be hoping to have his long-term future resolved as soon as possible.

A player with a bright future ahead of him, and could be areal asset for Huddersfield for years to come.
