The 27-year old goalkeeper has been a long-term target for Ipswich following a superb stint with League One side Notts County during which he made 93 appearances.
Transfer negotiations were believed to have stalled but both clubs have now agreed a deal to send Bialkowski to Portman Road but the fee is undisclosed as of yet.
The Polish shot-stopper has agreed a two-year deal with Mick McCarthy’s side and the former Southampton goalkeeper will provide competition for Dean Gerken.
