Leeds United extended their winless run to three games and are now outside the play-off positions on goal difference after falling to a 1-0 defeat at Ipswich Town.

The defining moment of the game arrived eight minutes before half-time when Whites midfielder Eunan O'Kane was shown a a straight red card for apparently headbutting Town's Jonas Knudsen.

Whilst Thomas Christiansen was outraged at the decision and claimed the Tractor Boys defender was entirely to blame for the incident, O'Kane didn't complain at all.

However, TV replays have failed to offer a clear picture of whether the Irishman did indeed make any serious contact with the defender.

Nevertheless, his red card left Leeds up against it and ultimately a wondergoal from Bersant Celina separated the sides but Leeds did acquit themselves well with ten.

Liam Cooper missed a glorious chance to snatch a point at the end, but it wasn't to be and the Yorkshire club have now failed to score in three games.

After the game though, all the talk was about the red card and here's how the Leeds fans reacted to O'Kane's dismissal on twitter...
