Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has now won as many times in the Championship with the Whites as their three previous managers combined, in 25 fewer matches, which has excited many fans of the Yorkshire club.

Leeds latest win, a 2-0 victory over Hull City at Elland Road on Tuesday night, saw them go top of the Championship.

It was also Bielsa's 39th win in the division, which has drawn an impressive comparison with some of his predecessors.

According to Goodbrand Stats, that means the Argentine coach has now won as many Championship games with Leeds as Garry Monk, Thomas Christiansen and Paul Heckingbottom combined, in 25 fewer games.

The Whites boss will undoubtedly be looking for his 40th victory in the division on Saturday when his side face Cardiff City at Elland Road.

Bielsa took over at Elland Road last summer and narrowly missed out on promotion in his first season in charge–finishing third and losing to Derby County in the play-offs.

Leeds look well set to go a step further and finally end their 15-year absence from the Premier League in the current campaign–as they're top of the table and 11 points clear of third place.
