Derby County are now without a win in three Championship games after they were held to a 1-1 draw against QPR at Loftus Road.

The Rams have failed to build on a magnificent League Cup victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford, although they remain just outside the play-offs on goal difference.

In fairness, the performance wasn't too bad this afternoon, against a QPR side that more than played their part in what was a decent game.

Frank Lampard's men took the lead through Jack Marriott's first league goal of the season but a Geoff Cameron equaliser just after half-time ensured the R's took a point.

In the end, both sides had chances to win it but both lacked that ruthless edge in front of goal.

Despite the side avoiding defeat, many Derby fans wanted to see more from their side and they lost valuable ground on the top two.
