It has been frustrating start to 2018 for Leeds United in both the Sky Bet Championship and FA Cup, with Thomas Christiansen’s side still searching for their first victory of the calendar year.

Leeds have seen themselves slide out of the Championship top-six once again, with last weekend’s defeat at Ipswich Town seeing Sheffield United move ahead of the Whites – albeit on goal difference.

Christiansen’s side are without a victory since Boxing Day, and this weekend will be looking to return to winning ways against Millwall at Elland Road, but will be doing so without Samuel Saiz and Eunan O’Kane, who are serving their respective suspensions following red-cards.

Leeds’ official Twitter account (@LUFC) yesterday shared pictures of the club’s final training session before the clash with Millwall, with Christiansen overseeing preparations at Elland Road, as has become the norm this season prior to a home fixture.

Images show new left-back Laurens De Bock in action, with the defender set to be included in Christiansen’s squad for Millwall’s visit.

Whilst De Bock is in-line for a debut, Adam Forshaw, Leeds’ £4.5m latest arrival, is set to miss out due to a slight knock, however, Christiansen is boosted by the return of Ronaldo Vieira.
