Marcelo Bielsa is set to be boosted by the return of Izzy Brown to his squad after the international break, with the youngster stepping up his recovery with the under-23s this afternoon.

Brown joined Leeds on loan from Chelsea in the summer, but is yet to make an appearance for the Whites this season as he recovers from a long-term injury.

But, the attacker looks set to return to action after the international break when Leeds host Bristol City at Elland Road, providing he can get through their game today unscathed.

Bielsa has lacked depth in his side this season and the eagerly anticipated return of Brown will be a huge boost to their promotion bid this season, as they target a return to the Premier League.

Leeds announced on their social media account that Brown was named in the starting XI for the 23s, and it's fair to say that the supporters were pleased with his inclusion in the side.
