Derby County and new manager Frank Lampard both had a reality check at the weekend when they suffered a shock defeat away at Rotherham.

Lampard will be relieved though that he should have striker David Nugent and midfielder Craig Bryson available for tonight's match at home to Blackburn Rovers.

But should Lampard look to start both Nugent and Bryson tonight?

We discuss.....

Alfie Burns

You’ve got to expect changes after a shock defeat to Rotherham.

Lampard will want to shake things up against Blackburn, who will give the Rams a good game.

Nugent and Bryson are options who could have big impact, so Lampard should be seriously considering bringing them both back.

Jay Taylor

I’m not too sure both should start but Craig Bryson should.

He has started six of Derby’s Championship fixtures so far this season and looks to be a vital cog in the machine for Frank Lampard.

Available one more after a slight niggle, he should start ahead of David Nugent who will probably have to be happy with a place on the bench after missing out totally from the weekend.

George Dagless

Potentially.

After a tough weekend, a couple of changes could help them bounce back.

Both Bryson and Nugent are pretty reliable players and they could help get the club back to winning ways.

Gary Hutchinson

Nugent? Oh lord, no.

Bryson I get, he should be in contention, but don’t Derby have better options than David Nugent?

Jack Marriott maybe?

No disrespect intended, but the 33-year old has had his day.
