After a poor start to the season, Sheffield Wednesday will be looking to continue their improvement when they travel to Nottingham Forest in the Championship tonight.

A regular starter under manager Jos Luhukay has been forward Marco Matias who has made seven appearances in all competitions, and has scored twice.

But will Matias keep his place in the Owls XI for Forest tonight?

We discuss.....

Gary Hutchinson

Why not?

He’s playing well, he scored last game and a winning team should never be broken up.

He owes the Owls as well, he’s been there for some long and never performed.

This might just be his time to shine.

George Dagless

I'm always torn with him.

There's obvious talent but does he show it enough? Probably not.

He's perhaps earned the chance to show what he can do - like Joao and Nuhiu have done of late - so I'd say yes, but I'd not be surprised if he is dropped too.

Jay Taylor

I believe he should keep his place in the side from the start.

Having scored in the 2-2 draw at the weekend, that doubled his account for the season too.

No point dropping a player after he has just scored, keep him in the side to build confidence and form along with the rest of the team,

Form will only improve with consistent game time.

George Harbey

There is no reason whatsoever why Matias shouldn’t retain his place in the side - he looked bright for Wednesday on Saturday and was rewarded with a goal that kickstarted the Owls into life against Stoke.

I think he’d feel very hard done to if he was dropped from the team on Wednesday night.
