Plenty of West Bromwich Albion fans have reacted to a recent report claiming La Liga side Alaves would like to keep Oliver Burke past his loan spell.

The Scottish attacker has been enjoying his time in the Spanish top flight with Alaves, gaining more and more playing time as the season has developed.

Joining the Baggies from RP Leipzig in 2017/2018 in a reported £15m deal, it was expected that Burke would go on to gain a regular starting at the Hawthorns.

Making 15 appearances in the Premier League that season, Burke’s time on the pitch failed to impress before being loaned out to Celtic, and now on to Alaves.
