The big games just keep coming for Championship sides at the moment and that trend is certainly continuing with the EFL Cup ties tonight.

Indeed, whilst the likes of Leeds play Burnley and Bolton play West Ham, Aston Villa and Middlesbrough face off in a pretty quick repeat of their league fixture this month.

For sure, then, that should be a competitive game as they battle for a spot in the fourth round and with Villa at home and them beating Barnsley at the weekend, there's every chance that the Boro could find themselves behind.

With that in mind, then, Garry Monk would have to make some changes to his line up and we have been thinking about what that could involve, with attacking switches the priority.

Indeed, whilst Monk will likely start by resting the likes of Britt Assombalonga and Patrick Bamford, we think they would have to come on to add some much needed attacking edge.

In that case, then, the likes of Marvin Johnson would come out of the side whilst Ashley Fletcher would be shunted out wide.

And Lewis Baker would likely come off of the pitch to allow for Bamford to come on and help chase the game.
