Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds side have been in excellent form this season, losing just once all season as they sit 3rd in the Championship after 12 league games.

With the season defining festive period approaching, Leeds have been linked with a move for Tottenham youngster Juan Foyth who has struggled for game time in the Premier league under the management of Mauricio Pochettino this season.

Foyth’s joined the club from Estudiantes in August 2017 but has only made eight appearances for Spurs. But a more concerning statistic is that the youngster is yet to feature in a league match for the Premier League side, which may be why he is looking for a move elsewhere.

Foyth would be an excellent addition for Marcelo Bielsa's side, but what would that mean for the Leeds players who are already down the pecking order at Elland Road.

We discuss who could potentially leave Leeds on a loan deal for the rest of the season.

Find out who they are here.....

The former Reading youngster joined Leeds in September 2016 having not made a single appearance for the Berkshire based side.

The Irish youth international made his first-team debut for Leeds in August 2017 and went on to make a handful of appearances for Leeds during last season.

But he has found his opportunities limited this season due to the good form shown by Marcelo Bielsa's defensive line and he could benefit from a loan move for the rest of the season.

The Leeds academy graduate made his debut for Marcelo Bielsa's side this season as a substitute in a 4-1 win over Frank Lampard's Derby County.

He then made his full league debut in a 2-2 draw to Swansea City, after Leeds captain, Liam Cooper, picked up an injury in the warm up.

Shackleton is likely to find his opportunities limited for the rest of the season, especially if Leeds do sign Spurs youngster Juan Foyth. The return of Gaetano Berardi also puts the youngster further down the pecking order at Elland Road.
