‘I’d love this’, ‘Don’t really need him’ – These QPR fans are torn over recently emerging transfer target

Queens Park Rangers have been linked with a loan-move for West Brom’s Rekeem Harper.

The Sun (print edition, pg.65, January 19th 2020) have touted QPR as one of several Championship teams believed to be chasing Harper, 19, who’s made just one league appearance for the Baggies all season.

Slaven Bilic is said to be seeking a loan-move for Harper in this second-half of the campaign, and Mark Warburton’s QPR look like strong candidates to sign him, along with Leeds United and Fulham.

Warburton is famed and respected for his work with young players, hence Tottenham’s decision to send Jack Clarke there for the rest of the season, and Harper could well follow this week.

It’d be QPR’s second signing of the January transfer window, and Harper would be the club’s seventh loan-signing of the season.
