Millwall have suffered a tough start to this Championship campaign under Neil Harris, with the Lions languishing in 18th place, some 13 points behind leaders Sheffield United ahead of the short trip to Brentford at the weekend.

Harris will be looking to get the best from his squad whilst considering any acquisitions he may feel are necessary come the January transfer window.

Harris will also be aware that rivals may be looking at members of his current squad, with 30-year-old striker Lee Gregory a possible target having scored five times in 15 appearances for the Lions.

So, do you envisage there being any serious January interest in Gregory?

We discuss.....

Gary Hutchinson

If there is, I’d be very surprised.

Gregory is okay but, in my eyes, he’s a Lukas Jutkiewicz. Someone who impressed where he is, but would struggle if he upped it a level.

If the interest is Ipswich or someone like that I can see sense. Just.

Jay Taylor

Considering he is in the final six months of his contract come January, and no new offer as of yet, there will be interest in the 30-year-old.

Millwall only offer one-year deals to players over the three-decade mark and should the striker want longer, then the club will have to stand down on their policy or he will have to look elsewhere.

Clubs will be aware of this and no doubt try to test the waters come the New Year for the services of the Millwall marksman.

Jacob Potter

He could definitely be attracting a considerable amount of interest.

The Millwall front man has been a rare bright spark in the Millwall side this season and he could have interest in his services in January.

I could see a club like West Brom or Swansea chasing Gregory to help bolster their attacking options in the promotion race.

Gregory certainly has the ability to be playing at a higher level after scoring consistent goals in the Championship for Neil Harris’ side.

George Harbey

I can’t really see it.

He’s 30, he’s settled at Millwall, and although he’s been on fire in front of goal, I can’t see him leaving Millwall.
