Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa will be over the moon with his side's reaction, when they bounced back from midweek defeat to QPR with a comprehensive 4-0 win over promotion rivals West Brom on Friday night, a result that took them back into the automatic promotion spots.

The match saw the fourth goal scored by Ezgjan Alioski, who was filling in at left-back rather than playing in his preferred winger role, that despite the fact that full-back Barry Douglas was fit and available and on the substitutes bench.

So how must Douglas be feeling with Alioski flourishing playing at left-back?

We discuss.....

Gary Hutchinson

“Motivated I hope.

“He has to push on and win his place back.

“Alioski has always looked more comfortable at the back.

“Douglas has a battle on his hands but if he’s professional, it’ll just be motivational.”

Jay Taylor

“Must be thinking how he can win his place back.

“He has been a far cry to the Douglas of last season, and Leeds fans are still waiting to see that player turn up.

“If Alioski keeps his form up Douglas could be well out of favour come the end of the season.”

Jacob Potter

"I’d be quietly frustrated.

"Alioski has been in excellent form of late and he’s rightly kept his place in the starting XI ahead of Douglas.

"Douglas will have to take his next chance in the side, otherwise he’ll be fearing for his future at Elland Road."
