Kerim Mrabti will be doing all he can to impress Pep Clotet in the final few months of the season, in a bid to extend his stay at Birmingham City.

The 25-year-old's contract at St. Andrew's is set to run out at the end of the season, so time is certainly running out for the Swedish winger to make an impact in the hopes of agreeing fresh terms with the club.

Mrabti has been in and out of the Blues team since arriving from Djurgaardens under Garry Monk last term, with the wide-man making 27 appearances across two seasons.

The arrival of Jeremie Bela has somewhat pushed Mrabti down the pecking order under Clotet, and he hasn't featured since the end of January in their FA Cup win over Coventry City.

The season looks to be rather fizzling out for Birmingham, but there is still plenty at stake for Mrabti between now and the end of May.

Members of the Birmingham City Fan Zone page on Facebook have been debating whether they think Mrabti will be offered a new deal come the end of the season.

Here's what they had to say...

Paul Street: I hope so

Andrew Stevenson: Absolute work horse and has a goal in him, so hope so.

Tony Malin: Hope so he has never let us down KRO

Daniel Smith: Nah, I don’t see it personally, unless it’s a small contract for a year. I like his work rate, but not good enough in terms of quality to move forward,

Gavin Glaze: Hope not

James Bradley: I hope he does he gives everything since coming imo and got a goal in him when he’s provided

Matthew Butlin: I hope not. Offers very little, wasteful on the ball.

Nick Carroll: I Hope he stays but I would be very surprised if he did
