With his own future now confirmed, Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa can now start preparing for another season in the Championship, having fallen just short in the play-offs this season.

One move that Bielsa is keen to finalise is the re-signing of Manchester City winger Jack Harrison who enjoyed a mixed season at Elland Road, as per the Yorkshire Evening Post.

So is Bielsa right to want Harrison for another season?

We discuss........

George Dagless

"I won't argue with him.

"He frustrated Leeds fans at times but also showed what he can do and if Bielsa thinks he can get more from him that could be exciting.

"He's got plenty of quality for sure, and the Argentine clearly feels that there is scope for him to show that next year."

Alfie Burns

“It’s interesting, but it was fairly clear Bielsa rated Harrison given how much football he played towards the end of the season.

“For me, Leeds need better in the wide areas, but I can see the benefit of bringing Harrison back in, given how he played so regularly in Bielsa’s system last year.

“That continuity can only be a good thing.”

George Brooks

"Harrison was an important player for Leeds last season and showed signs that he has the potential to be a top player.

"He also frustrated fans with some inconsistent performances, but Bielsa clearly feels that he can get the best out of the player, so perhaps re-signing ahead of next season would be a smart move.

"Harrison will be even more determined to help Leeds win promotion next season, after the disappointment of missing out last season."
